Questions, answered plainly
The things people ask before they trust us with a trip. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a real person will answer.
Is it really free to plan a trip?
Yes. Building and seeing your itinerary is completely free, and you do not need an account to start. You only pay once you confirm a booking and choose to lock it in with a deposit.
Who runs Curanza?
Curanza is operated by BECURATED STUDIIOS LLP, a company registered in Bengaluru, India. You can reach a real person any time on WhatsApp or at hitusup@curanza.in. Full company details are on our contact page.
Is my deposit safe? How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Razorpay, a regulated Indian payment gateway. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and we never store your card details. Your booking is only confirmed once we issue written confirmation by email. See our payment terms for the full schedule.
What if I need to cancel?
You can change anything, or walk away entirely, right up until you pay the deposit. After that, our cancellation policy applies on a sliding scale based on how far out you are. The full detail is on our cancellation and refund page.
Do you book my flights too?
We plan and arrange your trip on the ground, stays, transfers and experiences. International flights to and from your destination are not part of the package. You book those yourself, and we help you time them right.
Is it safe for a woman travelling solo?
This is exactly who we build for. When you tell us you are a woman travelling solo, your itinerary gets a dedicated safety layer: safer neighbourhoods, smarter transport choices, and dining picks chosen with that in mind. Every trip also carries local safety notes, day by day.
Which countries can I plan right now?
We open countries one at a time, properly, rather than listing everywhere thinly. See the current list of what is open.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The estimate on your itinerary is indicative, and we confirm the exact, final price in writing before you pay anything.
